💼 The Opportunity
The growth marketing manager at Fud will help us thoughtfully grow, cultivate and foster our community of action-oriented hustlers. Your job will not be easy as we want to have 100% organic growth - i.e. no paid advertising at all. Instead, we want to leverage growth hacks, community building and tapping into of-the-moment internet zeitgeist moments to create online brand swell. We want to experiment with event marketing, guerilla marketing and stunts, etc. Also we are looking to foster meaningful influencer partnerships as well.
You will develop campaigns and create experiments (A/B, multivariate testing) backed in strategy that can be scaled to drive ongoing optimization across our mobile ecosystem(s) and varied Fud touchpoints. You are a data nerd and you are proud of it!
Core responsibilities:
- Management of end-to-end performance marketing across customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, action, referral)
- Development and ownership of organic growth strategy - concept to creation to implementation
- Understanding of emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, including modern social communities
- Definition and measurement of success KPIs for campaigns including the development of testing frameworks to showcase impact to key stakeholders
- Build growth modeling for organic growth loops
- Creation of reporting dashboards to share relevant insights with key stakeholders
- Work with product team to improve testing capabilities and campaign development
Qualifications:
- You are a hustler and have one or more side hustles
- You have 2-4 years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or a relevant role - gold star if you have done this for a personal venture
- Experience building an online community or launching an app is a bonus
- Project management skills and flexible cross-collaboration within a startup environment
- Statistical and data-driven with decision making
