Community Manager Role:
The community manager at Fud will act as a liaison between our brand and our audience. You will act as the voice, tone and moderator of the brand vis a vis community support, content distribution and engagement / action.
The right candidate has a black belt in the internet, is naturally curious, affable and instills trust. The ideal candidate will have stellar oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content - leveraging said black belt in the internet and showcasing their true digital native skills.
Customer service people skills are table stakes as are the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the community.
Core responsibilities:
- Development and ownership of the Fud Discord server which will be home to our community pre-launch. Absolutely critical that applicants are Discord experts!
- Setting and implementing social media and comms campaigns in tandem with marketing strategy.
- Providing dynamic content in multiple formats across video, audio, text, livestream, etc. for Fud’s social presence on the interwebs.
- Fast, helpful and efficient response to comments and queries from our community.
- Craft, organize, participate and shepherd events to build community and boost Fud brand awareness.
- Development & organization of community outreach and support within the hustler communities online so Fud will be seen as innovative and top of mind.
Qualifications:
- You are a hustler and have one or more side hustles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is good - but not required.
- Experience in community moderation, advertising, marketing or a similar related role - tell us why you think it’s a fit if it’s out of the box.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to be persuasive, likable and fun!
